Hi, remember me? I don’t blame you if you don’t - it’s been a while! To summarize my last year, it’s been an emotional roller coaster. Unfortunately, my reading habits greatly suffered for it. I went from reading almost a book a week to maybe a book a month (and that’s being generous). I’m still not back to where I was, but I think I’m over the worst of it now. I hope. So while the first half of this year was not the greatest in terms of reading, I’m slowly finding my way back.

So, where do we go to from here? I’m still trying to take it slow. It may be silly but I’m scared to drive myself straight back into a reading slump if I try to take on too many books at once. I don’t think I’ll achieve four books a month any time soon, so I’m aiming for two books plus an ARC from my backlog if I'm feeling extra read-y.
