I’m Dani, a literature lover and collector of books.

My reading taste is across the board — from fantasy and science fiction to contemporary, literary and horror (with the occasional romantasy, historical fiction and middle-grade thrown into the mix). I’m very much a mood reader and never know what book will strike my fancy next.

I started this site back in October of 2022 and now have read and reviewed more than 120 books on this site. I’m constantly looking for ways to connect to other readers.

September Reading Plans

We are finally in September, which kicks off my favorite time of year to read! This month will be all about re-reading comfort books, and catching up on my ARC and library hold backlog. While the weather is far from cooling off, I’m trying to make the most of these dying summer days (though, it sure doesn’t feel like summer is dying at the moment). This month I'll also be taking a short break from writing book reviews so I can really focus on my reading. I do have a couple reviews already scheduled for ARCs that are coming out during this period but I won’t be posting on my regular schedule. Consistent book reviews will pick back up again in October. :)
